[NEWS] Google now allows app developers to publish privacy policy for the apps

A major announcement was made by google at the Google I/O, regarding allowing the app developers to publish privacy policy to the apps they publish. This move is in an attempt to bring more transparency to the permissions required by  app the user installs. This move makes a lot of sense considering that the user allow the apps a lot of permission to access his personal data. Using this facility the app developer can now let the user know the intention behind the permissions and the way the app will use the personal data it  access from your android phone.

Check out the video on the 'Android Apps in Google Play' from the I/O 2012 sessions.
